I'm purchasing from the EU, will I have to pay customs?
We do not collect VAT on this website, and do not ship items using the EU's IOSS system. This means you will have to pay custom and import fees when your items arrive in your country. Please plan accordingly.
If you would like to pay the fees up front you can do this through ArborMoon Studio. If the item you are looking for is not listed on the Etsy store, feel free to message and we can arrange a custom listing.

Do you offer tracking?
Default shipping comes without tracking, so if you require tracking be sure to select that option at checkout.
How long do orders take to ship?
Orders dispatches within 4 days of placement (Dispatch days are Monday and Friday)
- UK 1st Class postages 1-3 days to arrive
- UK 2nd Class Postage 2-4 days to arrive
- Untracked international postage takes between 2-8 weeks to arrive
- Tracked international postage takes 2-4 weeks to arrive
What is your return policy?
You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your item. This does not apply to custom orders - if you would like clarification please do contact us.
Unless goods are faulty, the cost of return shipping is payable by the buyer. If items have been damaged in shipping, please provide a photograph of the damaged item and packaging so that we can file a claim with Royal Mail. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with a correct shipping address. No refund will be issued for any items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect details. Please contact promptly if you need to change details.
We can only give a refund if the returned goods are still in their original condition (e.g. not worn)
For hygiene reasons we can not accept any return of earrings.
